Introducing Our New Total Triage System

We’re excited to inform you of our Total Triage system using AccuRx. You’ll be asked to complete a short online form—via the NHS App or our practice website—to submit medical or administrative requests swiftly and securely.

Why we’re using it.

  • It helps ensure you are seen by the right person, at the right time

  • Reduces early-morning telephone congestion

  • Enables faster, more efficient handling of your request

How it works:

  1. Visit our website or use the NHS app to submit your request—the form and link will be clearly visible.

  2. We triage your request through AccuRx into one central inbox, and will respond via a Self-Book link, message, call, or signpost you to the right service.

  3. If the issue is urgent, you’ll be directed to NHS 111 or appropriate emergency pathways.

Please note:

  • If you prefer, reception staff can complete the form with you: phone or in person.

Thank you for helping us improve how we deliver your care.
