Non-urgent advice: GP Patient Survey
The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England.
We are delighted to share the results of this year's patient survey for both the Matlock and Ashover locations. We will be looking in more detail at the individual areas rated and provide an action plan in the next few weeks. We are always dependant on feedback from our patients as we strive to provide the best possible patient experience and will continue to look at any comments received either individually or through our Friends and Family returns.
