New Patients
We are currently welcoming new patients to the practice. To register, please follow the process below.
The NHS has lots of information about registering with a GP here, including information about temporary residents.
Non-urgent advice: 1. Check you live within the practice area
We are able to accept patients who live within the blue area detailed below.
Practice Boundary
Non-urgent advice: 2. Complete our new patient registration form
We are using a new online service that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery.
Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
Paper forms are still available from reception if you need one.

Non-urgent advice: 3. Check your record is correct
Your information will be transferred from your previous surgery - this can take a few weeks to come through.
Once you are registered, please take a moment to check that your record and repeat medication are correct - you can see this on the NHS app.
You will also receive a welcome guide to the practice.
If you do need an appointment, you do not have to wait until we have your full record. See our appointments page for how to book.
To change or update your personal details, please call the surgery.
Non-urgent advice: 4. If you move out of the area
If you move out of the practice area, please telephone the surgery to let us know.
If you have left the practice area, we may not be able to continue to deliver certain aspects of your care such as home visits. If you would like to stay with the practice, please let us know and these requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis by the partnership manager and partners.
